Last Tuesday, June 16th, was our first movement class. This was... interesting. We spent a good portion of this two and a half hour class holding hands with each other and being different shapes. Of course we also acted like bears, birds, and tigers... really funny when you think that the other students at Schiller are in economics class. That evening we saw Merry Wives of Windsor at the Globe. This was probably one of my favorite theatre experiences here so far. It was by far my favorite of the four Shakespeare productions we've seen. We stood for the whole show as "groundlings", directly in front of the stage. The show was hilarious and the two women who played the wives were especially wonderful. The atmosphere is great as well, being under the stars and people played old school instruments before the show started. It was a really fun night at the theatre. Afterwards, we went to the Sports Cafe... duh. It was Ricardo's (Schiller student from Italy) last night. Good night as usual.
